B. NON-GOMDA EXCLUSIVITY

Non GOMDA dealers exhibiting at BSA I & II may also obtain exclusive rights to the boat lines they wish to exhibit providing they are not already covered insection A. This exclusivity will be granted upon completion and receipt of theirBSA I or II contract accompanied by a 50% down payment. Exclusivity will take effect on a first-come first-served basis, based on receipt of the contract and confirmed down payment at Wannenmacher Advertising Company.  This exclusivity will stay in affect through the 2008 BSA I & II, provided the balance of payment is received by Wannenmacher Advertising Company by December 1, 2007.

C. POLICING EXCLUSIVITY

Wannenmacher Advertising Company, as show promoters, will be the sole authority upon assigning and policing exclusivity rights.  As contracts and down payments are received, the applying dealer will be advised, in writing via fax, of the receipt of his contract, down payment and the exclusive right to the lines hehas listed. Should any lines he has listed have already been spoken for, he will beadvised via the above-mentioned fax.
